ABOUT THE VINEYARD
Found in the Burgundy appellation of Morey-Saint-Denis, Domaine Dujac has earned a reputation as a purveyor of fine Grand Cru produce. Jacques Seysses founded the vineyard in 1968, having tirelessly toured Burgundy to learn his craft. Seysses planted Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes in a small and dilapidated space, beginning a journey that would see Domaine Dujac expand and acquire new plots in Clos de la Roche, Clos St Denis, Bonnes-Mares, Romanée-Saint-Vivant and Chambertin. Production techniques remain traditional, eschewing filtering, honouring the efforts and idealism of Jacques Seysses.
