ABOUT THE VINEYARD
Found in the commune of Preignac, with vineyards that border d`Yquem, Château Suduiraut has been operational since the 15th Century. The Duc d`Eperon destroyed the original château in the 16th Century, but one original wing remains. The Suduiraut rebuilt the château some hundred years later, earning 1er Cru Classé in the 19th Century and continuing to grow in reputation. The 90 hectares of the vineyard primarily focus on Sémillon growth, though Sauvignon Blanc grapes are also harvested.
